For the love of God, one does not need to train every day. There is a biological timeline that needs to follow HARD (which it should be) training sessions for growth/adaptation. Often, that means 48 to 72 hours for complete recovery.

Don't be that gym mullet who unnecessarily “does things” (half-assed) 5-6 days/week for 90+ minutes each session. If you are, you’re either not working hard or WAY overtraining.

Great results can be obtained by TRAINING HARD fewer days/week and with less time per session.
